Sales and research demonstrated that this customer was a very different customer, she shopped differently.  We developed high-end catalog mailers for our loyal customers, many of which didn't have access to a store.  Online, assets were broken out into trend stories that were showcased individually in social media, emails and homepage features through out the season.

Style Confidential 

In Style Confidential Michael styled one item three different ways.  

Michael wanted to pull out three iconic pieces, each with a theme: seasons, cities, or occasions. Michael's collections always provided a breadth of pieces and accessories to make sure she was always prepared, and fabulous. Stories were shared via social, michaelkors.com and email.
